New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A cold front will approach
from the N early tonight, then pass SE over the area tonight and
Mon as weak high pressure briefly builds E over the region. A
secondary cold front will move SE over the waters Mon night into
Tue. Strong high pressure will build S over the waters Tue into
Thu night, then shift W of the area Fri and Fri night. Hurricane
Humberto will track N and NE toward the outer portions Tue and
Tue night, then turn more E to NE Wed and Wed night while moving
into the N Atlantic. Tropical Storm Imelda will track E to NE
well S of the area Mon night into Thu while strengthening to a
hurricane by late Tue, then pass SE of the waters Thu night into
Fri night. S to SE swell from Humberto will move into the region
Tue into Wed, then back to E to NE Wed night into Thu night. See
