offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure continues over
the waters tonight, and over the N waters Tue through Wed. A warm
front approaches the S waters from the S late tonight and Tue.
The front will then remain nearly stationary over or near the S
waters Tue night through Thu night as low pressure moves NE and
then E along the front. The low will move E of the waters by
early Fri while a cold front approaches the waters from the NW.
The cold front will move S across the waters Fri and Fri night.
High pressure builds in behind the front for Sat and Sat night.
