New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure will be across
the waters today through Wed, while a trough which will be along
or near the coast through the afternoon. The area of high
pressure will shift E and SE of the area by Wed night and Thu.
By late Thu through early Fri a trough will move E to the coast
and then move E across the waters Fri and Fri night. A cold
front will move slowly SE over the waters Fri night through Sat
night.
