New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A slow-moving cold front will
remain along or near the coast through Thu, with a trough ahead
of the front over the waters tonight into Thu. A weak low will
form along the front over the N waters late Thu and move NE Thu
night. The cold front will finally move through the area late
Thu through Fri, stalling just S of the area Fri night. The front
should move back N as a weak warm front Sat and Sat night as
high pressure builds N. High pressure will shift E Sun and Sun
night as another trough develops over the waters. The trough
should linger over the area through Mon with a cold front
approaching from the N Mon night.
