...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING
THROUGH LATE FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 5 to 11
  inches possible.

* WHERE...South of Toolik Lake including Atigun and Anaktuvuk
  Passes.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions, especially along
  the Dalton Highway.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The heaviest snow will be Thursday through
  Friday, though snow has begun at Anaktuvuk Pass and there will
  be additional rounds of snow, possibly heavy at times through
  Sunday.
