...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY EVENING THROUGH
LATE FRIDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 13
  inches possible.

* WHERE...South of Toolik Lake including Atigun and Anaktuvuk
  Passes.

* WHEN...From Thursday evening through late Friday night.

* IMPACTS...Plan on difficult travel conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Precipitation will begin as rain or a rain
  and snow mix Tuesday afternoon, then transition to all snow on
  Wednesday. Snow will be heaviest from Thursday evening through
  Friday afternoon. Total snow accumulations through late Friday
  night will be 7 to 13 inches.
