...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph.

* WHERE...Point Lay.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible.
  Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and blowing
  snow. Whiteout conditions are possible and may make travel
  treacherous and potentially life-threatening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must travel,
have a winter survival kit with you.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM AKST
WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow. Additional snow accumulations up to
  one inch. Winds gusting to around 30 to 40 mph Sunday through
  Tuesday, increasing to around 40 to 50 mph Tuesday into Wednesday.

* WHERE...Central Beaufort Sea Coast, Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast,
  Northern Arctic Coast, and Northwest Arctic Coast.

* WHEN...Until 3 PM AKST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult. Visibilities may drop below
  1/2 mile at times due to falling and blowing snow. Localized
  blizzard conditions will be possible by midweek as stronger winds
  build in.

call 5 1 1 for the latest road conditions.
