SUBJECT: SBN switch to BMGS.

WHEN: Friday, July 10th, 2026 at 1100 UTC

ACTION: The NCF will switch the SBN uplink to the BMGS
in Fairmont, WV. This is to restore the backup router
at HMGS which unexpectedly rebooted and lost its
configuration.
