.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered to the W
of the N and central waters will move further E and closer to the
region through Sun and Sun night, then stall and become nearly
stationary Mon while slowly weakening Mon night through Tue
night. The high pressure area will then remain centered W of the
central outer waters through Wed night. At the same time, a low
pressure trough will persist inland near the California coast
today, strengthen along the N and central coast later today
through Mon night then weaken later Tue and Tue night. The
coastal trough will shift further S near the central and S
California coast Wed and Wed night. A weakening cold front will
move into the N and central waters Wed and Wed night.
