.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure to the W of the
waters will remain nearly stationary today through Thu night
before rebuilding E over the waters Fri into Sat. A low pressure
trough will shift inland over California today. The trough will
then continue tonight into Sat night, then slowly strengthen Sun
and Sun night. A dissipating cold front will move over the waters
late tonight and Thu, before another dissipating cold front moves
into the far NW waters Sat night into Sun. A high pressure ridge
will build NW of the region Sun and Sun night.
