.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough near the California
coast will persist tonight through Tue night. A high pressure
center W of the waters will persist through Tue night while
slowly drifting S and dissipating before a stronger high pressure
center builds in from the west Wed into Wed night. Also a weak
trough or cold front will move into the northern waters Sun and
Sun night before dissipating Mon night.
