.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak cold front will move S
through the northern and central waters today before dissipating
over the southern waters on Sun. High pressure centered well W of
the waters will extend a ridge NE across the northern waters
behind the front tonight through Mon night while a coastal trough
redevelops. The center of high pressure will move into the outer
northern waters Tue and Tue night before retreating back SW on
Wed, while the coastal trough persists. A weak decaying area of
low pressure will approach the far NW waters Wed night.
