.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS... A cold front will approach the
N waters tonight, then move into the northern waters Sun,
reaching the central waters Sun night and Mon while weakening.
The front will remain stationary across the central portion Mon
night before dissipating Tue as another high pressure ridge
builds across the area. The ridge will persist over the waters
into Wed, then weaken across the NW portion Wed night as an area
of low pressure approaches the N waters Wed night and moves just
N of the area Thu into Thu night.
