.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will continue
across the far NW portion tonight through Sat, then will diminish
Sat night. A ridge will rebuild NW of the region Sun into Mon
night, then weaken Tue as a cold front approaches from the NW.
The weakening front will move into the northern waters Tue night.
High pressure will rebuild NW of the waters Wed into Wed night. A
low pressure trough over California will continue into Sat night,
then slowly strengthen Sun and Sun night. The trough will
gradually weaken Mon through Tue before slowly strengthening Tue
night into Wed night.
