.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure W of the region
early today will move slowly E through Mon morning, then weaken a
bit Tue yet persist just W of the waters Tue through Thu night. A
trough of low pressure will remain along the N and central
California coast tonight and persist through Tue night.
Thereafter, the coastal trough will shift further S and extend
from the central to S California coast Wed and Wed night and
persist along all of the coast Thu into Thu night. A weakening
cold front will move into the N and central waters late Wed and
Wed night.
