.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist W and NW of the N and central waters while a weak trough
continues along the California coast through Tue night. High
pressure will build E into the central and southern waters Wed
and Wed night while a cold front approaches from the NW Wed and
and then across the N waters Wed night. On Thu and Thu night the
high pressure will continue to build over the central and S
waters as the cold front moves SE over the central waters Thu and
Thu night.
