.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...An area of low pressure over
the northern waters will weaken tonight before moving inland Tue.
The associated cold front extending over the central waters will
continue moving SE tonight before moving into the southern waters
by Tue morning. A weak trough will remain along the California
coast tue night through Sat night. Another cold front will move
into the north and central waters Sat and Sat night.
