.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A high pressure ridge will
persist over the central and southern waters into Sat night while
gradually weakening. A cold front will slowly move over the
northern and into the central waters today into tonight. The
front will stall across the central waters Sat. A second cold
front will move across the N waters tonight into Sat, and merge
with the stationary front across the central waters Sat night.
The front will remain stationary across the central waters
through Mon night, before moving S and into the S waters Tue and
Tue night. A high pressure ridge will build across the N and
central waters behind the front Tue and Tue night.
