.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough near the California
coast will persist tonight through Tue night. A high pressure
center W of the waters will persist tonight through Tue while
slowly drifting S and dissipating before a stronger high pressure
center builds in from the west late Tue and then persists through
Wed night. A weak front or surface trough will move across the N
waters Wed night, the central waters Thu, and then dissipate Thu
night. High pressure will the prevail across the remainder of the
region Wed through Fri night.
