.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough
developing along the coast tonight will persist through Wed
night. A weakening cold front will move S and SE over the N
waters this evening, then stall and dissipate off Cape Mendocino
late tonight. A high pressure ridge will build across the NW
waters tonight through Mon, then will weaken Mon night. Another
cold front will approach from the NW Mon night before stalling
and weakening over the northern waters Tue and Tue night. The
stationary front will further weaken and dissipate Wed and Wed
night.
