the central waters today through tonight and dissipate Wed.
Additionally high pressure will begin building in from the W
today and then persist to the W of the waters through Sat night.
Additionally a weak coast trough will form along the CA coast
later today and persist through Sat night. Also a very weak low
is expected to move E into the central waters Thu or Thu night
and dissipate Fri.
