Meanwhile, high pressure centered over the southern waters will extend a ridge NE across most of the region through Tue night. A cold front will move across the northern waters early tonight before stalling and dissipating later tonight. Another stronger cold front will move S across the northern waters Tue night, briefly stall across the central waters Wed, then lift back N through the northern waters as a warm front Wed night. A high pressure ridge will reform over the central waters Thu and Thu night while a cold front moves slowly S into the northern waters. The ridge will shift S Fri and Fri night as the cold front accelerates S into the central waters. The front will slow and weaken Sat and dissipate by early Sat night.
