.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
persist along the California coast today before dissipating
tonight. High pressure will continue to build into the N and
central waters today and weaken tonight. A stationary front over
the northern waters today will begin to retreat N-NE tonight as a
warm front. A stronger complex low pressure system will pass by
to the NW of the waters Wed and Wed night, dragging a strong cold
front E across the waters. The front will reach the southern
waters Thu and pass SE of the waters Thu night. Meanwhile, over
the southern waters, weak high pressure over the waters will
drift W today, then drift back E across the southern waters
tonight through Wed night, eventually moving SE of the area Thu.
Thereafter, high pressure will build in from the W Thu night
through Fri night. A weak warm front will cross the northern
waters late Thu night into Fri night. High pressure will then
weaken W of the waters Sat and Sat night as a cold front
approaches from the NW Sat night.
