.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS... High pressure will build in
across the NW portion tonight, persist through Fri, then
gradually weaken Fri night into Sun night. A stationary front
extending westward from near Point Conception will slowly weaken
tonight, and then dissipate Wed. A weak low pressure trough will
form along the California coast later tonight, then persist
through Sun night.
