.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough currently located
along the California coast will gradually weaken today through
Wed night while shifting to the southern California coast. High
pressure will build into the northern waters today, then continue
to expand into the northern and central waters through Wed night.
The trough along the California coast will strengthen Thu into
Thu night. A cold front will approach from the NW Thu into Thu
night before dissipating over the S waters Fri into Fri night.
High pressure will build in behind the front Fri night, and
continue into Sat night.
