.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough will
remain along the central and S California coast today through Wed
night. High pressure just to the W of the waters today will
persist through Wed night. Weak waves of low pressure will move
along a front positioned across the N waters late Sun through Tue
before the front moves N of the waters late Tue into Wed.
