.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist over
the northern waters tonight while a trough is in place along the
southern coast. A cold front will approach from the NW Thu into
Thu night before stalling over the central waters Fri and
dissipating Fri night. High pressure will build in behind the
front Fri night, and continue into Mon night while a trough
persists along the central and southern coast.
