.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A strong area of high pressure
will remain centered just to the W and NW of the region through
Sun. A low inland over northern CA will create a strong trough
along the northern California coast tonight and persist into
early Fri. An area of low pressure off the southern CA coast
persist into Fri night then weaken into Sun night.
