.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Low pressure will move NE into
the central CA waters Thu with a warm front lifting NE ahead of
the low. The low will move inland Thu night and pull a cold front
through the southern waters Thu night into Fri. High pressure
will build over the NW waters while a coastal trough develops
along the central and southern CA coast Fri. High pressure and
coastal trough will remain in place Fri into Mon before a low
pressure area moves into the northern waters Mon and Mon night.
