.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure to the W will
then build W and NW of the region tonight into Sun night then
slowly recede W Mon into Tue night. A low pressure trough along
interior and coastal California will strengthen into tonight,
then slowly weaken Sat into Tue night. A trough will develop and
extend SW from the central California coast late Sat and Sat
night then persist through Wed night.
