.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Broad low pressure centered N
of the waters will drag a surface trough across the northern and
central waters tonight through Mon night. To the S, a weak low W
of the central waters will move NE tonight into Mon and then
dissipate Mon night. By Tue, high pressure will build in across
the region and persist through Thu. The high will gradually
weaken across the S waters Fri and Fri night as an area of weak
low pressure persists SW of the region.
