.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist
across the waters today into Sun, before shifting W and weakening
Sun night. A weakening cold front will reach the northern waters
Sun night, then dissipate Mon. High pressure will build E toward
the waters later Mon and Mon night, then persist Tue through Wed
night. A low pressure trough will develop along the coast Mon,
then persist through Wed night.
