.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist
across the waters tonight into Sun, before shifting W and
weakening Sun night. A weakening cold front will reach the N
waters Sun night, then dissipate Mon. High pressure will build E
toward the waters later Mon and Mon night, then persist Tue
through Thu night. Another cold front will move E through the N
waters Wed night into Thu with the high restrengthening over the
N portions Thu night. A low pressure trough will develop along
the coast Mon, then persist through Wed night.
