.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...
A cold front will move across the waters late tonight through
Wed before dissipating Wed night. Also a surface trough along the
coast will weaken tonight. High pressure will then rebuild
across the region Thu and Thu night, and then persist through
Sat. A cold front will move into the N waters Sat night into Sun
before another low and associated cold front moves into N waters
Sun night.
