.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered to the
NW will slowly drift SW tonight through Wed night while
weakening. A low pressure trough will persist over the waters
tonight into Mon before drifting W of the waters late Mon as a
low pressure center. A trough along the California coast will
persist through Fri night.
