.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure centered to the W
of Washington and Oregon will drift further N through Tue while
strengthening then persist N and NW of the waters through Thu
night while gradually weakening. A low pressure trough near the
California coastline will gradually weaken tonight into Sun, then
strengthen along the northern California coast later Sun through
early Tue, then weaken through Thu night.
