.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure over
the outer Oregon waters will move N across the waters tonight.
The low will stall just N of the waters Sat and then remain there
through early Sun as a weak frontal boundary develops extending S
from the low across the area. The boundary will remain stationary
through Mon night while the low drifts S across the waters. The
low will gradually weaken on Tue while moving SE of the area and
inland by Tue night. High pressure will build in from the W Tue
night. The high pressure will extend a ridge SE across the waters
Wed and Wed night.
