.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure W of
the waters will weaken today into Sun while a trough expands N
along the OR and WA coasts. A cold front will reach the NW waters
Sun and move SE across the region into Sun night. High pressure
will slide N to just W of the area Mon into Mon night while a
trough persists along the coast.
