.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will persist along or just W of the outer waters through
Tue while a coastal trough continues along Washington and Oregon.
Later on Tue night through Wed night weak low pressure will
approach from the W with a cold front moving E into the waters by
Wed night.
