.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
move SE across the waters today into tonight while dissipating.
High pressure will build over the region behind the front tonight
and Thu, then persist Thu night into Sat. A weak warm front will
lift N across the northern waters Fri and Fri night. Another weak
cold front will move E over the area Sat, then dissipate Sat
night. A high pressure ridge will build just W of the region Sun
and Sun night as a low pressure trough expands N along the Oregon
coast and a second low pressure trough develops over Vancouver
Island.
