.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strong high pressure
centered to the W of the area will build in across the waters
tonight through Mon night, then become weaker Tue through Wed
night as low pressure area approaches from the NW. The low
pressure area will move SE towards the N waters Thu night. An
associated cold front will move E into the offshore waters late
Thu and Thu night.
