.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough will remain
in place along the Washington and Vancouver Island coasts through
Sat, weaken Sat night and Sun, then slightly strengthen and
persist Sun night through Tue night. High pressure will weaken
across the waters today as a cold front approaches and moves SE
across the waters through tonight. High pressure will rebuild
across the waters behind the front Sat and Sat night, then
gradually weaken through Tue night.
