.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure W of
the waters will slowly weaken tonight into Sun while a trough
expands N along the Oregon and Washington coasts. The high will
restrengthen over the area Sun night into Mon, then persist
through Wed night. A cold front will pass through the northern
waters late Sun into Mon night.
