.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure
ridge will persist along or just W of the outer waters through
Tue while a coastal trough remains along Washington and Oregon.
On Tue night through Wed night weak low pressure will approach
from the W then move into the waters later Thu and Thu night. On
Wed night a cold front will move E into the waters and across the
rest of the area Thu and Thu night.
