.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure near
Vancouver Island will pull a low pressure trough across the
waters today while the associated cold front near the Washington
and Oregon coasts moves inland. A weakening low pressure center
will move E across the northern waters tonight followed by a high
pressure ridge passing E across the waters Thu. Another low
pressure area and associated front will approach the waters from
the W late Thu into Thu night. A series of low centers will form
along the front as it moves across the waters Thu night and Fri
before moving inland Fri night. Later Fri night, a high pressure
ridge will move into the waters ahead of yet another approaching
frontal system. Low pressure will push a warm front NE across the
waters late Sat followed by a cold front Sat night and Sun. By
Sun night a trailing low pressure trough will approach and enter
the outer waters.
