.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strong high pressure
centered to the W of the area will build in across the outer
waters today through Mon night, then weaken and drift S Tue
through Wed night as a low pressure area approaches from the NW.
The low pressure area will move SE towards the N waters while
weakening Thu night as an associated cold front slides E into the
offshore waters.
