.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure just W
of the northern Washington waters early this morning will move NE
and cross Vancouver Island later today into tonight. A trailing
strong cold front will move E and SE over the waters today, and
pass E and S of the area by tonight. A high pressure ridge W of
the area will build E toward the waters tonight into Mon, slowly
drift E over the waters Mon night into Tue night, and then shift
inland by Wed. A warm front will lift quickly NE over the area
Wed, followed by another strong cold front moving E over the
waters late Wed and Wed night. A series of low pressure troughs
or secondary cold fronts will move E over the area Thu and Thu
night as high pressure builds to the SW of the waters.
