.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure to the
SW of the waters will drift S while slowly weakening today into
tonight. A cold front will approach from the NW today, then move
SE across the waters tonight into Wed night while dissipating.
High pressure will rebuild over the region Wed night and Thu,
then persist Thu night into Fri night. A weak warm front will
lift N across the northern waters Fri and Fri night. Another weak
cold front will move E over the area Sat, then dissipate Sat
night as a high pressure ridge builds E towards the region.
