.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Weak ridging over
the waters will persist across the region today. Low pressure
just W of the area will become stationary tonight through Sat.
The low and associated cold front will move E into the S waters
Sun into Sun night. The low will move N-NE across the area and
become stationary later Mon into Mon night. A series of low
pressure troughs will rotate around the low over the waters Mon
into Mon night.
