.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strengthening low
pressure will track E and NE over the N waters today, pulling a
cold front across the waters today into tonight. A high pressure
ridge will build E into the Oregon waters tonight into Sat night.
A secondary cold front will move into the region Sat night, then
continue SE over the waters Sun into Sun night. Another low
center will move S and SE into the Washington waters late Sun and
Sun night, and then will linger along the coast Mon into Tue
while slowly weakening.
