.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure will
persist over the waters tonight while a trough persists along the
far southern OR coast. High pressure will weaken Wed into Sun
while a trough expands N along the OR and WA coasts. A cold front
will reach the NW waters Sun and move SE across the region into
Sun night.
