.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
pass S of the waters early today as a trough moves into the
region. The trough will continue S across the area through
tonight. Another trough will form along Vancouver island tonight
and persist through Tue. A weak ridge axis will build E across
the Oregon waters Tue into Tue night, then persist into Thu
night.
