.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Strengthening low
pressure will cross the NW Washington waters later tonight into
Sun, approach Vancouver Island Sun night, and then weaken and
drift SE Mon while crossing the inner Washington waters. A
trailing strong cold front will reach the outer waters later
tonight and early Sun, with the front progressing E and SE over
the area during Sun. The front will reach the coast and pass S of
the area by Sun night. A high pressure ridge will build E toward
the waters Mon, and drift E over the waters Mon night into Tue.
The ridge will weaken and shift inland Tue night as a warm front
approaches from the W and SW. The warm front will lift quickly NE
over the area Wed as the next strong cold front approaches from
the W. The strong cold front will move E and SE over the area Wed
night. A weak high pressure ridge will form over the area Thu as
a secondary cold front approaches from the W Thu night.
