.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A cold front will
slowly press E over the area today and tonight. A trough will
move into the far SW portion Sun, then track NE across the waters
Sun night. A ridge will build along the Washington and Oregon
coasts Mon before shifting inland Mon night. A low center will
approach the waters from the W Mon night, then track NE across
the Washington waters Tue. A ridge will move over the area Tue
night into Wed. Another cold front will approach the region Wed,
then will cross the waters Wed night.
