.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Low pressure W of
the northern California waters will intensify to storm force
tonight into Fri as it moves NE across the waters. The low will
stall just N of the waters Fri night through early Sun as a weak
frontal boundary develops extending S from the low across the
area. The boundary will remain stationary through Mon night while
the low drifts S near the outer waters. The low will gradually
weaken on Tue while moving S of the area by Tue night.
