High pressure, W of the waters, will weaken today into Tue. A cold front will move over the waters from the NW Tue and Tue night before shifting S of the area Wed into Wed night. Following the cold front, low pressure will move S into the waters Wed, then drift slowly S or SW through the Oregon waters Wed night through Thu night.
