.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...Complex low pressure
will dissipate near the Oregon coast tonight. A low pressure
trough will develop along the coast Thu night and persist through
Fri night. A weak cold front will move E across the waters Fri
and Fri night then dissipate along the coast Sat. High pressure
will build W of the region Sat then persist into Sun while a
coastal trough develops Sat night. High pressure will weaken into
Mon and Mon night as a low passes to the S of the area.
