.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A near stationary
front will remain stalled offshore just W and N of the area
through Sat. Sat night into Sun morning, weak low pressure will
traverse the front, pushing the frontal boundary southward
through the region. Sun night into Mon, modest NW winds behind
the front will ease as high pressure builds across the area. High
pressure remains through Mon night. Winds then turn south Tue as
a warm front forms and pulls north and low pressure approaches.
This system will pull a cold front across area waters Tue night,
elevating winds and seas. High pressure then returns Wed and
holds through Wed night.
