.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weakening occluded
front and cold front will move into the outer waters this evening
and dissipate. High pressure will rebuild across the waters
tonight and Tue then weaken late Tue night through Wed night as a
weak cold front moves SE across the waters. Ridging will return
to the area Thu and Thu night, then persist through Sat night
while slowly strengthening.
