.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure to the
SW builds back in across the area through tonight. The high
pressure will remain in place across the region through Sun night
while continuing to strengthen, then slowly recede W Mon through
Tue night. A low pressure trough will expand N along the coast
all the way to Vancouver Island Sat night and Sun, persist
through Mon night and then weaken Tue and Tue night. A cold front
approaching from the N will begin to move into the region Wed and
Wed night while weakening.
