.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
advance N-NE across the waters today into tonight ahead of a
slowly advancing cold front with multiple lows embedded along the
front. The complex low pressure system will consolidate into a
primary low over the southern waters on Wed, then drift E towards
the Oregon coast Wed night into Thu. Troughing will remain over
the southern waters Thu into Fri night as weak high pressure
quickly moves across the northern waters. An area of low pressure
will pass N of the region Sat and Sat night while driving a
trailing cold front E across the waters. High pressure will build
over the area behind the front Sun and Sun night.
